Pinna Ambassadors inform, inspire, and support individuals in their communities and networks about climate and Pinna conservation actions. Based on the knowledge they acquire, they advocate for the in-situ conservation of Pinna populations and act responsibly within the framework of the Sea of Marmara Protection Action Plan.

Duties​

Get Trained: By participating in the project, you will receive training on climate change, marine ecosystems, and Pinna conservation.

Be a Role Model: Set an example for your community by advocating for climate action and environmental protection, including the conservation of Pinna species.

Encourage Others: Inspire your family members, friends, and organizations to get involved in Pinna conservation and combating the effects of degradation. Invite them to implement ambitious mechanisms to accelerate conservation strategies.

Expand Your Network: Build small networks of environmental volunteers and sea enthusiasts in your community.
